Wheels on a Wheelchair, Which Moves With Words That Are Thought Not Spoken

Wheels allow us many levels of freedom. And if you can't speak, and you do not have the use of your limbs, how do you command or manipulate the controls to the wheels of your wheelchair, so you can get where you need to go?

Ambient created a software that works with a sensor that rests on the vocal chords of a person who cannot communicate through speech or physical movements. The sensor intercepts neurological waves from the person's brain and translates the thoughts into commands to drive the wheelchair. (Check out the youtube link.)
