SRAM has signed a non-binding letter to acquire Zipp wheels. SRAM isn't planning to lay off any of the Zipp employees. SRAM intends to keep the Zipp management team and manufacturing center where it it, in Indianapolis. Zipp is expected continue servicing Zipp wheels. And the acquisition is planned to take place in sixty days.
