Wheelgirl Online Store Help and FAQ

Q: Is and shipping UPS ground to the Continental US really free for any item?



A: Yes.



Q: What is up with the close-ups of tire treads in the online store?



A: I hate seeing teeny tiny thumbnails of expensive tires. You can find these types of photos all over the Web. I want to see the actual tread before ponying up my hard-earned coin. So, the online store has close-ups for tire treads.



Q: Can I call in an order over the phone and have it shipped?



A: Yes. We take Visa and Mastercard. You need to be holding the card when you call, since you will need to three numbers on the back to place the order.



Q: Are the prices in the brick and mortar store higher than the prices online?



A: Yes. The prices in the physical shop are a bit higher than the prices in the online store. The online store doesn't make you pay rent:-)



Q: What if a piece of apparel doesn't fit, can I exchange it?



A: Yes, as long as you have not worn it, and it is in its original condition in the bag with its tags attached, so we can resell it. You can come into the store to exchange it, or you can mail it back to us, and we will mail you the size you request. Make sure to PRINT on a piece of paper the size you want and your RETURN address and contact phone number and email. Mail returns to:

Q: What if I am unhappy with my tires?



A: We want you to be happy when you ride on tires you got from Wheelgirl. We have a 100% guarantee on all tires. If you are unhappy, ship them back to us, and you can choose to either get a full refund or we will ship you a new set of the same tires.  Period. We stand behind everything we sell.
